Easter Weekend!

Easter Sunday outfits.What a good looking bunch, if I do say so myself.
I guess by my squinty expression, it was a little bright out. :)Carson insisted we take a picture of them on the slide. We decided to have the Easter bunny come on Saturday this year. That way we could have a peaceful Easter morning without the sugar rush and to really think about what Easter is really all about. As my neighbor said, "Saturday is Bunny Day and Sunday is for Jesus." :) Tes loves her new Wiggle Car. She would always try to hijack the neighbors when it was out so we thought the Easter bunny could bring her her own.Cars loves his new scooter & of course his Star Wars Legos. The Easter bunny had hidden the kids goodies and sent them on a little scavenger hunt to find them. Carson just kept saying, "This is so exciting, this is so exciting!" Dying Easter eggs. Carson was in charge of the dye.Tes was in charge of the stickers."This is so exciting!" -Carson

March Madness...only a Month behind

Carson's Preschool went on a field trip to the Discovery Museum at Gateway. Both kids had a great time! Here they are sitting inside the helicopter. Tes wasn't quite sure she liked the noise (they had the helicopter sounds playing in the background). So fun! We even met up with Tim afterward and ate lunch at Costa Vida...yummy.Tes loved the news room.Carson loved the helicopter and the construction room the most.That sneaky Lepracaun came back again this year and left behind two messy rooms and some angry birds/pigs! Along with some green milk. :)Just hanging out, being sweet one morning before church.Uncle Bry came to visit for his Spring Break. We all loved having him here.One of the many joys of childhood...eating cookie dough!Tes loves to go places. She gets a little stir crazy, like her Mama, if she is at home for too long. Here she is ready to go.
